We are an icon painting studio based in London, UK with over 14 years experience in iconography.We create hand painted Byzantine icons using traditional materials and techniques and we can paint any subject on request.

 Our Values

Art of Contemplation aims to respect the canons of Byzantine iconography, but also to create variations in Byzantine style.

I believe the icons realized in my studio meet both the theological and aesthetic traditions specific to Byzantine art.
